How Yhello uses your information
Yhello is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. We use it only to answer enquiries, prepare an appropriate project response and maintain the resulting professional conversation.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address and organisation.
- The website URL, project answers and free-text details you choose to provide.
- The date and time of your consent.
- Short-lived, pseudonymous anti-abuse data derived from the request address and browser identifier.
Audience measurement and cookies
Audience measurement is optional and starts only after you accept the Analytics category. Yhello Activity Logger may then record the page path and outbound or download destination without query strings, the event type, the referring source domain, a coarse country and a salted pseudonymous visitor hash that changes every day. Email and phone click targets are redacted. It does not store raw IP addresses, account identities, precise locations, search terms, form answers, tracking cookies or browser storage, and collection stops when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
The necessary yh_privacy_consent cookie remembers your category choices for up to 180 days. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the site footer and change or withdraw your Analytics choice at any time.
Retention and sharing
Project enquiries are private and are retained for up to 18 months, then deleted automatically unless an active client relationship or legal obligation requires a different period. Anti-abuse counters expire after 10 minutes and duplicate-submission keys after one hour. Consented raw audience events are retained for 30 days; daily aggregate totals without visitor hashes or raw URLs are retained for about two years. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate hosting and email, under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You may also contact the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
